Hello…. This week things are going great! – its been stressful as there are many things going on(busy)  – so I have had to get creative in continuing to develop the habits and be consistent.  I have been successful in reaching all my goals this week. I love that I am settling into the new routine of reading three times daily and following the guidelines of the program.

The routine of reading at bedtime has been such a great change!.. Sometimes I have to really think about not watching TV before bedtime but I am realizing that I feel so much better when I do the reading and meditating before bedtime.  My energy is amazing now during the day – I AM happier.. more engaging and excited about life!.  I am also more excited about my DMP and how it feels!

Looking forward to further changes and embracing the new GOOD HABITS! Keep growing…. Lisa
